Belle Nuankhanit Phromchanya was born in 1984 in Bangkok (Thailand) and was trained as a graphic designer before relocating to Amsterdam in 2011 to pursue a Master in Design at the Sandberg Instituut, Gerrit Rietveld Academie. Phromchanya’s projects are made up of visual research, documentary film, and multimedia installation, displaying personal explorations of the shifting political and social realities.
